Service Description

Over 4 seperate coaching sessions, we’ll delve deeper & work together to untangle the daily dilemmas you’re facing. Maybe you’re battling morning routines that feel like a marathon, or you’re not sure how to handle the 30-minute negotiation over getting in the shower or brushing teeth. Whatever it is, we’ll break it down, explore ADHD’s role, and develop strategies that actually stick. What You’ll Get: • 1:1 tailored support delivered over 4 separate 45-60-minute parent coaching sessions, weekly or fortnightly, In person or online via zoom. • A deep dive into understanding ADHD, from emotional regulation and inattention/hyperactivity to why "just five more minutes" turns into an hour long argument followed by a meltdown! • Step-by-step support on creating routines, managing tricky transitions, and getting your child to focus (yes, it’s possible!) • Strategies to handle multiple issues like school challenges, emotional regulation, or sibling rivalry. • Ongoing accountability (think of me as your personal ADHD Parent Cheerleader) and real-time adjustments as we figure out what works best for your family • All at a slightly cheaper per session rate—because, hey, every penny counts, right? With more time and regular support, you'll have the chance to really implement new ideas, tweak them, and see positive changes in action. Plus, with me by your side, you'll have someone to bounce things off, laugh/cry with when things get messy, and celebrate every win when they happen no matter how big or small! Long-term investment, long-term impact—you’ve got this!

"Understanding what's actually happening with my boys and why they may do what they do. And also in learning how to better manage them, I have reduced my own personal stress."
